If you receive a defective product or experience problems with your product that fall within the V-MODA Premier Limited Warranty, you may process the return on our website and ship the defective product to our warranty department. First, browse to our contact us page and fill out the form with Warranty selected as the topic. Please include the following information in the message:

When you submit this information, you will immediately receive an email with a ticket number (such as PZL-912213). Ship your defective product with this ticket number and all the above-listed information along with proof of purchase (as described in our warranty below) to our warranty department. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach V-MODA. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package. Once the product is received, we will process your return and ship you a replacement product.

Product Refund
V-MODA guarantees complete 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on shop.v-moda.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please include your name, physical address, email address, and order number with the return. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach V-MODA. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package.

V-MODA Premier Limited Warranty
V-MODA LC warrants the owner of this product against defects in materials or workmanship as declared below:
V-MODA will repair or replace the product at no charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from a V-MODA authorized dealer. After one year, the consumer must pay for the repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover shipping, installation, removal or any other costs. Proof of purchase is required and should be retained.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of god, misuse, accidents, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, or attempted repair by unauthorized dealers other than V-MODA.
This warranty does not cover products purchased open box, sold as-is, by private party resale, or any other third party purchases by unauthorized distributors. Transfer of V-MODA products through unauthorized distributors renders this warranty null and void.
This warranty is also void if the product is damaged by a connecting product that may have cause damage through misuse or malfunction or if the factory model name or serial number has been altered.
A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt or bill of sale, with the model of the product and the date of purchase stated.
RESTRICTIONS: V-MODA is not responsible to repair or replace the product if in violation if this warranty. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state that may result in the change of this warranty.
